一个驾驶循环的解析

驾驶循环是能够使特定的监测器运行的一种特定的驾驶模式,OBD-II驾驶循环是所有监测器都完成监测的一种驾驶方式。如果没有满足运行条件系统会记录一个DTC(系统检测未完成)如福特公司的车辆会出现一个P1000.P1000并不表示系统或部件出现了故障,在正确条件下继续驾驶会使P1000故障码清除。
在E-OBD系统中,依故障检测行程分,可分为第一行程和第二行程。检查模式发动机故障灯在单行程和 双行程中第二行程检测到故障时会点亮(不是闪亮)。
依行驶模式分,可分为A.B.C三种模式,发动机故障灯亮后,故障已经消失,在不用检测仪清楚故障码的情况下,需在B模式下,行驶3个行程,故障指示灯才会自动熄灭。

三菱防盗钥匙密码

三菱防盗进行在以下几种情况要使用诊断仪进行匹配学习,其中需要使用密码。需要密码请发邮件给我。

  1. 进行钥匙匹配;
  2. 更换发动机ECU(EMS);
  3. 更换三菱防盗器控制器;

三菱防盗在中国被广泛应用,采用三菱防盗系统的整车厂很多,有奇瑞、哈飞、中华、金杯、东南、三菱、长丰猎豹等。

目前市面上,发动机ECU或防盗控制器需要更换一个时,维修厂或服务站会更换整套系统,即把钥匙、防盗器、发动机ECU一起更换,其实这样做是浪费的,只需要更换损坏的一个即可,更换后用诊断仪进行匹配之后就能正常工作了。

OBD系统各个PID的含义

OBD系统的Mode 1和Mode2 中输出的每个参数都对应一个使用16进制表示的PID (Parameter Identification),即参数标识。充分利用Mode1和Mode2所输出的信息,有利于迅速准确地确定故障的原因,更可以实现很多有价值的应用。

各个PID所对应的参数的含义、单位、数值转换算法以及在标准诊断仪上的文字描述是由ISO 15031–5定义的。为了方便大家参考,这里参考标准原文逐一对各个PID进行解释。有些PID的含义利用常识即可理解,而有些则需要一些发动机控制系统和OBD系统的相关知识。我们会不断充实和丰富各个PID的解释,希望不仅能够使入门者建立基本概念,也能够使经验丰富者受到启发。

OBD诊断模式9:读车辆和软件识别号

IA.6.5.1.5 通过标准数据连接器上的串口,应能读到匹配软件的识别号。该匹配软件的识别号应以标准化格式提供。

说明

  • 模式9种显示的软件识别号(Calibration IDentification)由车辆制造厂提供,但是要按照标准的格式输出,也就是一个只多16个字符的字符串;
     
  • 除了CID之外,整车制造厂还可以选择输出其他信息,这些信息的格式已经在ISO/DIS 15031–5种给出了定义,每条信息有一个VID号码相对应;
     
  • 如果能够提供车辆识别号(Vehicle Identification Number) ,ISO/DIS15031−5也推荐显示此VIN,但是并不做强制要求,其VID号码为02。

模式9中的信息可以使得维修者和爱好者可以迅速准确地确定车辆和OBD系统的数据状态。比如用于爱好者之间进行交流和在召回时确定车辆和OBD系统状态。

OBD诊断模式8:请求控制车载系统,测试或者部件

模式8的作用是使得外部测试设备可以控制OBD系统、测试或者部件的工作。显示的信息包括系统的状态和测试的结果。
对于EOBD来说不对模式8进行要求,我国采用了EOBD的要求,因此凡为中国市场开发的OBD系统不支持模式8的功能。

OBD诊断模式7:请求连续监测系统OBD测试结果

  • 模式7的目的是使外部的测试设备能够访问在一般驾驶状况下连续监测的排放相关部件和系统的故障。
  • 一个故障在首次被监测出来之后会首先在模式7中显示,如果随后被确认(除非由厂家特别指出,一般最多在第三次被监测出来之后会被确认)才会进一步显示在模式3中。
  • 模式7中显示的信息可以帮助维修技师在进行修理或者清除故障之后指通过一个有效的运转循环就可以确认故障是不是仍然存在。
  • 模式7中通过故障码可以显示多个故障。

OBD诊断模式6:请求非连续监控的测试结果

模式6输出的是OBD系统对某个部件/系统的非连续监测结果。

非连续监测的原因

任何故障出现之后都能够被立即诊断出来当然是理想的,但是事实上这并不容易。非连续监测一般指在一个运转循环中只能完成一次诊断的诊断功能。 导致这种情况的原因主要有如下两种:

  • 诊断功能运行的前提条件较高。比如催化器诊断,因为没有可测的一个信号来直接判断催化器的转化能力,典型的诊断方法通过相应的算法根据催化器上游和下游的信号来“推断”催化器的状态,为了避免由于氧传感器本身的损坏导致催化器诊断的错误,首先又要完成对氧传感器的诊断。再比如二次空气系统诊断,因为二次空气系统的工作有温度要求,而诊断功能只有在其工作的时候才可能判断它是不是能正常工作。发动机起动之后,冷却液温度会立即上升,一旦超过一定温度二次空气系统就会停止工作,诊断功能也不就不再会运行。
     
  • 诊断功能的运行可能影响到系统的正常运行。举例来说,某些氧传感器诊断算法在发现氧传感器总是偏大或者偏小的时候,为了证明不是其它原因而真的是氧传感器本身的问题,诊断功能会强制减少或者增加喷油量,如过此时氧传感器信号仍然对此没有做出反应则再判为故障。然而系统为了完成诊断所做的这种行为本身对排放也是不利的,因此不能总是进行。

模式6中输出的信息

模式6中输出的信息也是某个部件或系统的监测结果。每条信息对应一个测试标示(Test ID),信息中也包含测试值、最大值和最小值。模式6同模式5有以下不同:

  • 模式6中的TID是由厂家定义的,只需要遵循15031–5中定义的格式输出即可。因为不同的厂家可能使用不同的TID定义,因此必须了解相应的定义才能解读。
     
  • 模式6中一个TID可能有多个测试结果,每个测试结果对应不同的指标,通过CID来区分这些指标。
     
  • 模式6中的测试结果只能是正数,多是一个无单位的指标。
     
  • 模式6中每条信息只能指明一个边界值,比如如果想输出某个测试结果以及其正常值的最大和最小边界,那么模式6会通过两条信息输出。

其中TID 01对应的是催化器的测试结果,TID 03 是二次空气系统的监测结果 ,TID 05 是蒸发控制装置的测试结果。可以看出,它们的相关指标都处于正常的范围内。

OBD诊断模式5:请求氧传感器检测测试结果

模式5输出的信息是氧传感器的信息,其中既包含氧传感器的特性参数(常数,决定于选用的氧传感器本身),还包括氧传感器的一些评价指标的测试结果。

这里需要强调的是,对于使用CAN通讯协议的OBD系统,模式5是不支持的,模式5中的相应信息会在模式6中输出。

氧传感器的重要性

氧传感器是发动机控制系统中非常重要的排放控制部件,ECU根据氧传感器的测量信号判断混和气的浓稀状态,从而相应的实时调整喷油量,使得油气混和气的比例控制在能够使催化转化器能够更高效的转化废气中的HC、CO和NOx。氧传感器损坏之后会直接导致错误的控制反馈,从而无法保证混和气中的油气比例,进而导致排放超标。此外,氧传感器损坏之后还会导致催化器的诊断不可靠。

另一方面,氧传感器处于高温的工作状态,又可能受到不良油品的污染,因而比较容易损坏。因此对氧传感器的各项性能指标进行监测对排放控制来说非常重要。

氧传感器的故障类型

不同形式的氧传感器可能出现的故障类型也不同。对于较为常用的两点式氧传感器来说,可能出现故障类型包括但不限于如下几种:

  • 氧传感器信号线断路,与电源线的短路,与地线的短路;
  • 氧传感器加热线的断路,与电源线的短路,与地线的短路;
  • 氧传感器信号的化学特性偏移,偏大或者偏小,从而导致测量信号比实际偏浓或者偏稀;
  • 氧传感器与加热线的短路;
  • 氧传感器的动态特性变慢;
  • 氧传感器的加热效率降低,不能保证迅速达到正常工作所需要的温度。

评价氧传感器的性能指标

氧传感器的故障类型多种多样,不同的系统可能使用不同的测量和计算方法来评判氧传感器的各个指标。为了保证不同OBD系统在模式5中输出的信息统一,ISO DIS 15031–5规定了一些常用的评价指标供选择。这些指标反映了氧传感器最终的特性,每条指标对应一个测试标识号(Test ID),其格式、单位、描述等都有明确的定义,具体信息请参考TID列表。ISO DIS 15031–5中也留出一些TID号供厂家自行定义。下图为部分TID对应的指标的图示:



模式5中输出的信息格式

每个指标通过一条信息输出,每条信息包含如下内容:

根据上面的输出内容可以判断此车具有两个氧传感器,各项指标都在正常的范围内。但是TID 32 中测试结果2.36 s 已经非常接近损坏的限制2.48s,其含义是氧传感器的平均周期,这说明此氧传感器已经发生了老化,其动态特性有明显变慢,对混和气浓稀的变化不够敏感,不过还不至于导致车辆的排放水平超过EOBD限值。

OBD诊断模式4:清除/复位排放相关的诊断信息

模式4的作用是清除OBD系统所记录的所有排放相关的诊断信息。这些信息包括:
 
  • 诊断故障码的个数(模式1中PID 01)
  • 故障灯状态(模式1中PID 01)
  • 诊断故障码(模式3)
  • 冻结桢对应的故障码和冻结桢数据(模式2)
  • 氧传感器暖气测试结果(模式5或6)
  • 系统检测状态(模式1中PID 01)
  • 车载监测测试结果(模式6和模式7)
  • 故障灯激活之后的行驶里程(模式1中PID 21)

模式4对OBD系统进行的删除/重置至少要在起动前点火钥匙开关处于ON的状态下能够执行。大部分ECU在发动机运转的时候也可进行此操作。



值得指出的是,并不是通过模式4把故障信息删除了就可以掩盖系统的故障。这是因为在模式4的操作之后,OBD系统的状态信息也被重置了。即模式1中的PID 01内反映诊断功能是否完成的状态会显示为未完成,也就是说虽然OBD系统显示没有故障,但是同时也会显示还未完成相关诊断工作,因此没有故障这一结果是不可信的。这意味着,如果车检所以后通过OBD状态信息来判断车辆是否通过年检之前,把故障车辆的故障信息删除是无法过关的。

OBD诊断模式3:请求排放相关的动力系诊断故障码

法规要求:

I.3.6 故障代码的储存

…如果由于劣化、发生故障或永久排放默认模式引起MI激活,则必须储存能识别相应故障类型的故障代码。当涉及I.3.3.3.5和I.3.3.4.5相关的故障类型时,也必须储存相应的故障代码。

I.3.5.2 对于需要两个以上运转循环才能激活MI的方案,制造厂必须提供数据和/或工程评价,以充分证明该监测系统能同样有效和及时地监测部件的劣化。不接受需要平均10个以上运转循环才能激活MI的方案。一旦超过I.3.3.2给出的排放限值,发动机控制将进入永久排放默认模式,或者车载诊断(OBD)系统不能满足I.3.3.3或I.3.3.4的基本诊断要求时,MI也必须激活。(关于激活MI的规定)

I.3.3.3.5 除非另有监测,否则对其它任何与排放有关的,且与电控单元相连接的动力系部件,包括任何能实现监测功能的相关的传感器,都必须监测其电路的连通状态。

说明

  • 模式3中输出的是排放相关的动力系的故障代码。
     
  • 故障灯亮的时候一定在模式3中存储了故障码。一个故障在首次被检测出来之后一般并不会立即点亮故障灯,但是最多第三次检测出来的时候(即最多按照I型试验规定的工况进行两次预处理之后,在第三个I型试验结束之前)就应该点亮故障灯。这是出于对偶发故障进行确认的考虑。
     
  • 点亮故障灯的故障不仅包含哪些损坏之后会导致排放超过EOBD限制的故障,还包含哪些损坏或者劣化之后会影响OBD系统检测其它排放相关的故障。以下是两个例子:
     
    • 催化器下游的后氧传感器损坏之后并不一定会导致排放超过EOBD限制,事实上在不带OBD功能车辆上大多没有后氧传感器,但是如果催化器的诊断需要用到后氧传感器的信,那么后氧传感器出现故障被确认后也必须点亮故障灯。
       
    • 如果OBD系统是通过车身加速度传感器来判断坏路,以临时关闭失火诊断功能来避免误判失火故障的,那么加速度传感器损坏之后就可能使得OBD系统认为始终处于坏路上而一直关闭失火诊断功能,这样在真的发生失火之后就反而会判断不出来。因此,虽然加速度传感器的损坏不会直接导致车辆的排放超过EOBD限制,但是它也必须被诊断并在故障确认之后点亮故障灯。

OBD诊断模式2:请求冻结桢数据

IA.6.6.1 诊断信号的内容和获取方式

一旦测定了任何部件或系统的首次故障,必须将当时发动机状态的冻结帧储存在电控单元存储器中。如果随后发生了供油系统或失火故障,任何原储存的冻结帧必须被供油系统或失火状态(取先发生者)所替代。储存的发动机状态必须包括,但不限于:计算的负荷值、发动机转速、燃油修正值(如有)、燃油压力(如有)、车速(如有)、冷却液温度、进气岐管压力(如有)、闭环或开环运转状态(如有)和引发上述数据被储存的故障代码。制造厂必须选择便于有效修理的最合适的一组状态作为冻结帧储存。

说明:
模式2 的目的是访问保存在冻结桢中的排放相关的数据。所谓冻结桢,指的是故障在首次出现的瞬间,车辆和发动机的一些最重要的参数值。它就像一张故障现场的“快照”,这些信息有助于探究故障发生的原因,对维修具有重要价值。

冻结桢中包含的信息是有限的,法规给出了最小的要求,在满足法规要求的前提下,厂家可以把更多的参数记录下来在模式2种输出,不过所有输出的参数必须在15031–5定义的PID列表中选择,输出的格式、单位和文字描述必须符合15031–5种的定义,这主要是为了使所有符合15031–4要求的扫描工具都能读取和解释这些信息。当然,输出的参数越多意味着在ECU中相应的存储空间就越大。

值得注意的是OBD系统只能输出一个故障的冻结桢,在系统中存在多个故障的时候,根据故障的优先级来决定在模式2种输出哪种故障的冻结桢。供油系统故障和失火故障的优先级高于其它故障。比如如果出现由于喷油器电路引发的失火故障的时候,模式2中输出的是失火故障,而不是喷油器电路的冻结桢。

根据上面的信息我们可以判断1缸发生失火的时候发动机已经充分暖机,车辆处于静止状况下,因为转速较低,所以很可能是在怠速状态。

I.3.6 故障代码的储存
车载诊断(OBD)系统必须记录表示排放控制系统状态的代码。必须使用单独的状态代码,以便正确识别起作用的排放控制系统,以及需要进一步运转汽车,才能全面评价的那些排放控制系统。

若可能,除所要求的冻结帧数据信息外,一旦需要,还应能够通过标准数据连接器的口获得下述信息(如果车载电控单元具有、或通过车载电控单元能够被确定的信息):诊断故障码、发动机冷却温度、燃料控制系统状态(闭环/开环及其它)、燃修正、点火正时提前、进气温度、歧管空气压力、空气流量、发动机转速、节气门位置传感器输出值、二次空气状态(上游、下游或大气)、计算的负荷值、车速和燃油压力。必须按照IA.6.5.3的规定,以标准单位提供这些信号。实际信号必须能从默认值或跛行回家信号中被清晰地单独分辨出。

通过IA.6.5.3规定的标准数据连接器的串口,应能读取汽车型式核准时的车载诊断(OBD) 系统要求,以及符合IA.6.5.3.3的车载诊断(OBD)系统所监测的主要排放控制系统要求。

说明:
1. 模式1的功能是根据法规要求,使得外部标准的诊断工具可以访问当前排放相关的一些基本参数的数据值。这些参数包含系统的一些模拟输入和输出量,数字输出和输出量,以及系统状态信息等。这些参数是车辆和发动机以及OBD系统本身最重要的信息,它们是实时刷新的。

2. 15031–5 给出了可供选择的所有参数的标准定义,包括存储格式、单位和文字描述等信息。每个参数都有一个参数标识(PID)与之相对应。所有可能输出的参数请参考PID列表。

3. 不同的车在模式1中显示的参数可能不同,比如使用进气歧管压力传感器来确定进气量的系统会输出压力值,而使用流量传感器的系统会输出流量值。但是至少要包含法规要求的基本参数。

4. 在某些部件损坏的时候,系统在判断出故障之后可能会自动切换到一个预先设置或者根据相应模型计算出来的一个替代值,此时模式1显示的仍然是真实的信号值,这样更有利于在维修中确认和排除故障。

OBD输出信息的9种诊断模式

OBD系统提供了丰富的诊断状态和结果信息,这些信息不仅可用于相应机关对车辆状态的审查(比如年检),还有助于故障的定位和排除,更可为DIY者提供新的乐趣。此外,这些信息的统计结果对法规制定者、整车和零部件/系统制造者以及科研工作者提供宝贵的借鉴。

法规要求
OBD系统提供的信息决定于法规的要求、车辆的配置、整车制造厂和发动机电控系统供应商的要求以及OBD系统本身的技术水平几个方面。但是首先要满足当地法规的要求。我国采用了EOBD相同的要求,在GB18352.3–2005中的相关描述如下:

六. EOBD系统对三元催化器的要求与建议


1. EOBD对三元催化器的诊断是基于对其储氧能力(Oxygen Storage Capacity)的监控

3. 催化器储氧能力的耐久性直接影响到诊断的精确性。三元催化器供应商所提供的催化器必须具有良好的耐久性能,以确保诊断结果真实可靠

失火监测的主要原理

在该报告的主要描述如何发动机失火2 %左右的时间,可以提高排放量高达50 % ,同时如果引擎失火发生在超过17 %左右的时间内催化剂的损害会发生。查明失火重要性是以保持低废气排放(均短期和中期) 。五大战略被列出来,并不会描述的更详细。

In the main body of the report is was described how an engine misfiring for about 2% of the time can raise emissions by up to 50% whilst if engine misfire occurs in excess of about 17% of the time catalyst damage will occur. This accounts for the importance of identifying misfire to keep emission low (both short and medium term). Five strategies for achieving this were listed, and will not be described in more detail.

Crank speed fluctuation(曲轴速度波动)
The presence of a misfire results in the absence of a power stroke. This temporarily interrupts the provision of power by the engine to the vehicle and causes a discontinuity in the crank shaft’s velocity (starting with a deceleration). The detection of this can form the basis for misfire monitoring. The technique has its challenges, vis:

the accuracy is very dependent on the algorithms used for signal analysis,
detection is very difficult for light load high engine speed, and
monitoring is disabled during poor road conditions or rapid clutch engagement.

Ionising Current Monitoring(当前监测)
In this strategy the spark plug is used as an electrode and the ion current is monitored. If no ion generating flame is produced by the spark, no current flows through the measurement circuit during the “power” stroke of the cycle. This ion current/time trace is quite different from that observed for a cycle when normal combustion occurs. This strategy is reported to have proved 100% effective at monitoring for misfires on dynamometer based tests.

Exhaust pressure analysis(排气压力分析)
this involves using a pressure sensor in exhaust manifold combined with Fourier analysis as the first stage of the signal processing. It can detect single misfires and it is possible to identify which cylinder is misfiring. This strategy has been demonstrated to detect all misfires up to 6000rpm for all engine configurations, loads, and fuels. It uses a ceramic capacitive sensor which has a short response time and good durability.

Cylinder pressure sensing(汽缸压力传感器)
This potential future technology for misfire detection gives good information on knock, misfire, peak pressure location, and combustion quality. However, the sensors are expensive and, as yet, are not sufficiently durable for production.

Magnetostrictive sensing analysis
This possible future strategy induces an electric field in the engine crankshaft to measure engine stress fluctuations. It is at the start of its development and at present the response is poor, with a noisy signal.

失火故障码的形成原因及解决方法

在现在的电控系统OBD-II故障诊断过程中,我们经常会碰到一种叫“失火”的故障代码。此故障并没有指出故障的具体位置。在用仪器清除故障代码后,但过了几天又会出现,这给我们的维修增加了难度。本文就此讨论这个故障代码的形成原因。
  1994年后,一个新的标准为许多汽车生产厂家所采用,这就是OBD-II标准。它不但统一了诊断接口的标准,还统一了故障代码的定义。主要的是增加了多种监测功能。其中失火就是其中的一个。采用OBD-II标准的车都设置了一个曲轴位置传感器和一个凸轮轴位置传感器。曲轴位置传感器可以精确地测量曲轴的转速、每个气缸工作时对曲轴产生的推力及角加速度(当某一气缸工作不正常时,应有的角加速度不会产生,曲轴位置传感器就会检测到这个异常现象。发动机ECU会根据凸轮轴位置传感器的一缸上止点信号,确定哪一缸工作不良,如果这个不良多出现几次,发动机ECU就设定这个故障码。因这个故障代码需多次出现故障才被认定。所以清除后不会马上出现。要达到故障再次设定条件时,此故障代码会再次出现,故障灯会马上点亮。
  对“失火”这个故障,首先要用仪器确诊是哪一缸失火。确诊后可用换件法来解决,比如说一缸失火,我们可以将二缸的缸线和一缸对换,用三缸喷油器和它调换,火花塞也可以四缸互相调换。这样更换后我们再试车,直到故障再次发生,如故障成了二缸失火,则是缸线毛病,如是三缸失火则是喷油器毛病,以此类推。如果故障没有转移,则是机械故障。美规车对失火的监测比较严格!
  总的来说引起失火的原因是多种多样的!当然在诊断的时候也要注意因以下原因引起的失火:
1、进气歧管垫的破裂引起真空度的变化造成的某缸失火;  
2、喷油器密封圈破裂引起真空度的变化造成的某缸失火;  
3、EGR系统造成的某缸失火;  
4、曲轴箱废气循环造成的某缸失火。

德尔福(delphi)OBD系统失火监测诊断原理

名词术语

  • 发动机运转循环(Engine cycle):发动机的某一缸完成一次进气、压缩、燃烧、排气过程称为一个发动机运转循环。对于四缸发动机,一个发动机运转循环曲轴旋转两周,发生四次点火事件。
  • 发动机运转循环组(Block):每一百次发动机运转循环构成一个发动机运转循环组。
  • 发动机运转循环阵列(Array):每十六个发动机运转循环组构成一个发动机运转循环阵列。
  • 汽车运转循环(Key cycle):汽车完成点火,运转(若车辆存在故障应能被检测到),熄火的完整工作过程称为一个汽车运转循环。
 

诊断目的

判断车辆是否处于失火状态;当失火发生时提醒驾驶员汽车正处于排放损害型失火或催化器损坏型失火以便驾驶员采取相应补救措施。

 

工作原理

  • 监测曲轴旋转变化 (持续进行)
  • 当曲轴旋转时间超出设定限值时,判定为有失火事件发生
  • 当失火事件超出设定值时,判定为排放损害型失火或催化器损害型失火,并根据需要报出故障码或点亮故障灯
 

故障代码: P0300

  • 排放损害型失火(Type B) —在连续第二次侦测出失火故障的汽车运转循环中点亮故障灯
  • 催化器损害型失火(Type A) —在第一次侦测出失火故障的汽车运转循环中点亮故障灯
 

功能简介与故障灯控制策略

  • 一个气缸的失火将导致曲轴旋转速度的变化,失火诊断逻辑监测曲轴旋转速度的变化以确定失火是否发生。
  • 失火率: 每100次燃烧事件中未发生点火的次数的百分比。
  • 必须区分两种不同程度的失火类型:
    • 排放损害型
    • 催化器损害型

排放损害型

  • 由于存在未燃烧的汽油(正常喷油,但没有点火)进入排气系统,HC和CO 不能被充分转化,导致尾气排放恶化
  • 当失火率达到导致尾气排放超过EOBD限值的时候,诊断系统将报告一个排放损害型的故障码并记录有关信息
  • 在诊断数据管理系统中,关于排放损害型的失火故障码为P0300,该故障类型为TYPE B,这就意味着必须在两个连续的工作循环中报告排放损害型失火,此时才会点亮发动机故障灯
 

催化器损害型失火

  • 大量未燃烧的汽油(正常喷油,但未发生点火)进入排气系统将导致后燃,从而使催化器温度迅速升高
  • 当失火达到可永久损坏催化器的水平时,软件将执行以下逻辑:
    • 故障灯立即点亮并闪烁以提示驾驶员车辆正处于催化器损害型的失火工况。
    • 系统将监测是否属于单缸失火工况,一旦系统确认为单缸失火,系统将切断相应气缸的喷油以尽可能地保护催化器。
    • 尽管系统已判断为催化器损害型失火,但当车速及发动机负荷降低到一定限值时,故障灯将停止闪烁但保持点亮状态以允许驾驶员驾驶车辆“跛行回家”。
    • 尽管系统设定P0300为TYPE B,但当催化器损害型失火发生时,P0300将立即报告,此时该故障码为TYPE A。
 

对失火诊断的影响因素

失火诊断需要汽车各零部件处于量产或等同于量产状态。所有影响到发动机曲轴转速变化的改变将干扰到失火的正确诊断

准备就绪代码 (Readiness code)

什么是准备就绪代码

准备就绪代码(Readiness Code)是一个字节(8位)的二进制数字,用来反映OBD系统的8种非连续诊断功能是否已经完成。这个字节从右到左的各位依次为第0位到第7位。各位分别表征的诊断功能如下:

准备就绪代码的意义

OBD系统不仅仅为车主和维修者提供了便捷的维修信息,还在技术上为在用车的监管提供了可能。通过制定一定的法规,监管部门可以对存在导致排放污染物超过标准的车辆采取惩罚性的措施。

为了避免用户通过一些手段删除故障码来掩盖故障、逃脱惩罚,OBD系统的设计在功能上会在进行故障删除操作的同时复位诊断就绪代码,即令激活的诊断功能显示为未完成诊断的状态。如果系统支持的某项诊断功能显示为没有完成,那么即使没有相应的故障码,也不能判断故障的确不存在。

这样在对车辆的排放控制系统的有效性进行评价的时候,首先读取准备就绪代码,如果全为0且OBD系统显示为无故障,那么表示车辆通过测试。如果准备就绪代码不为0,那么即使没有任何故障码通过扫描工具输出,也不能判断此车的排放控制系统工作正常。在这种情况下车辆检验机构一般会提出额为外的要求。美国的在用车检测制度要求车辆在一定时间内返回从新检测,而欧洲的做法是加测其它项目。


谁会关注准备就绪代码


  • OBD系统开发者

    • 他们必须保证相应的诊断功能不仅仅在型式认证中的I型试验中能够完成,还必须保证在通常的驾驶工况、驾驶习惯、道路情况和法规要求的海拔和温度等环境条件下也能够完成。

    • 由于诊断功能必须激活,他们还必须在考虑车辆和零部件的质量散差和老化的前提下保证诊断功能准确可靠,否则他们将要么承担误判故障为整车厂和零部件供应商带来的经济和声誉上的损失,要么承担在用车OBD检查时无法通过的法律风险。

  • 催化器和氧传感器等零部件供应商

    • 他们必须保证自己的产品在使用寿命中质量的一致性,否则自己的部件将会被OBD系统诊断出故障并及时报告给车主维修或更换。
  • 车辆检验部门
    • 尽管仍未出台,但是可以预见读取准备就绪代码和故障码将成为车辆年检的一项内容。

    • 车辆质量检验监督中心在进行在用车符合性检查的时候会抽查通过OBD认证并在市场上销售的车辆是否真的激活了诊断功能。
  • 个人车主和维修人员

如何获取准备就绪代码

根据EPA CFR §85.2222中的相关内容,获取诊断功能就绪状态的方法是根据SAE J1979定义的相关标准向OBD系统发送Mode $01, PID $01请求:

SAE J1979等效于ISO DIS 15031–5,其定义的PID$01为自清除故障码之后的监测状态。PID$01由4个字节组成,分别用A、B、C、D四个字母表示。其中字节A反映了排放相关故障码的数目及MIL状态;字节B反映了所支持的连续测试功能以及它们自清除故障码之后的状态(完成过与否),这些连续测试功能包括失火监测、燃油系统监测和综合部件监测三种;字节C反映了各非连续监测功能是否被系统支持;字节D表征了各个非连续诊断功能自清除故障码之后的状态。
对于失火、燃油系统和综合部件监测功能,在SAE J1979和ISO DIS 5031–5中有以下明确要求:

根据以上的内容,对汽油机来说,事实上PID$01的字节B中表征的非连续检测的状态始终是已完成的;对柴油机来说,燃油系统和综合部件检测的始终是已完成的,只有失火诊断的状态有效。
通过诊断连接线把扫描工具或者安装了诊断软件的计算机与车身上的诊断数据接口相连读取模式1中的PID$01即可得到准备就绪代码。
如何生成准备就绪代码
根据法规的要求,所有的OBD诊断功能应该在通常的驾驶工况比如I型试验的运转工况内完成诊断。尽管法规允许厂家自行定义运转工况,但是事实上在OBD功能设计和型式认证中使用的都是I型试验定义的运转工况。它是由4个ECE(Part 1)加一个EUDC(Part 2)驾驶循环组成的(关于ECE和EUDC更详细的信息),如下图:


在故障维修之后,为了确认相关故障真的被修复并且维修过程没有导致新的故障,可以运转车辆使得所有的诊断功能都完成一遍,如果没有故障,那么诊断就绪代码会全部表示为完成(全为0)。不过在转毂上运转I型试验循环在维修行业来说往往并不现实,因此有的厂家会给出一个能保证所有诊断功能完成的驾驶指导供维修者参考。
即便如此,有些诊断功能的工作条件有时仍然是难以满足的。比如二次空气系统的工作和诊断只有在起动温度低于一定值时才会运行。为此,有的OBD系统具备强制激活诊断的功能。同样的,这也可以降低一些其它较高条件下才能激活的诊断功能,比如催化器和氧传感器诊断。值得注意的是,通过强制激活诊断条件的方式虽然在一定程度上可以发现故障,但其得到的诊断结果并不一定与诊断功能正常工作时所得到的结果等效。
